to support information and tools.

Access via Amadeus Selling Platform
Amadeus e-Support Centre is accessible through a Smart Tab in Amadeus Selling Platform. =>

When entering Amadeus e-Support Centre you will be presented with a simple and instant self registration form. You will only need to fill out this form once. After that you will automatically be guided to Amadeus e-Support Centre when clicking on the Smart Tab.

Access via URL
Users who do not have access to Amadeus Selling Platform, including any Third Party Provider, will
be able to access Amadeus e-Support Centre via an URL. In order to get access via the URL a sign in account has to be created. Creation of a sign in are done by a “delegated administrator” at your agency. For further details about your delegated administrator please contact your manager. Should you not already have a delegated administrator assigned at your office please contact Amadeus Scandinavias local support team for assistance.
